|
Two new erotic acid derivatives orotyl-DL-alanine and orotyl-L-tyrosine were synthesized. were synthesized. They were obtained as high melting crystalline massed by condensing DL-aanine and L-tyrosine each with orotyl chloride in aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, followed by acidifying the reaction mixture.
